We are pleased to present our new Authorized Distributor, Robert
(Lee) Curry.
Lee, as he likes to be called, will be working in the Great Lakes area in the USA, as well as other areas in the Midwest.
We know that there is a impending need for our equipment in that area and we will be fully supporting Lee in his efforts!
April - June, 2007
: Our development team went to Beijing to join a conference for a China National Technical Appraisal, which was held by the TsingHua University. The attendees were from the China National Environment Protection Ministry, China Development Committee, China Ministry of Education and the China Ministry of Science and Technology, to name a few.
Our pyrolysis technology has passed the appraisal!
We should have the Appraisal Certificate by the end of May. This is the only national technical appraisal of the pyrolysis field in China. We are most pleased!!!

We are pleased to be able to offer the following new processing systems. EEB - Batch Processing System - Rubber (Tires) |
The above is a facility layout showing our "EEB" system. This is a batch processing system.
This is not really a new product as we have had several installed and operating for over
five years. This product will be available
on a limit basis.
The tires first have the steel removed, then are shredded and added to the reactor(s).
The fuel oil is formed and condensed. The remaining carbon black is removed from the
reactor and the process is started over again.
This system can be operated 24/7. Product output is dependent on the number of reactors
in the system and how many hours a day the system operates. An output of approx. 30 tons per day
can be achieved.
EEC - Batch Processing System - Rubber or Plastic
The above is a facility layout showing our "EEC" system. This is a batch processing system
that can process either rubber (tires) or plastics.
The tires first have the steel removed, then are shredded and added to the reactor(s).
The fuel oil is formed and condensed. The remaining carbon black is removed from the
reactor and the process is started over again.
For plastics, first they are shredded then added to the reactor(s).
This system can be operated 24/7. Product output is dependent on the number of reactors
in the system and how many hours a day the system operates. An output of approx. 5 tons per day
can be achieved when using two reactors.
EEP - Contiuous Processing System - Plastics
The above is a facility layout showing our "EEP" system. This is a continuous processing system
that can process plastics.
The plastics are shredded then added to the reactor.
This system can be operated 24/7. Product output is dependent on the number of reactors
in the system and how many hours a day the system operates. An output of approx. 10 tons per day
